Who can list space on KeptVault?
People with extra residential space like garages, basements, sheds, spare rooms, or similar storage-friendly areas can join the host waitlist. The best spaces are dry, accessible, and easy to describe clearly.
How do insurance and liability work?
KeptVault sets expectations early, but hosts and renters should still review their own homeowners, renters, or business coverage. We encourage both sides to confirm what is and is not covered before storage begins.
How does matching work?
We use your zip code, role, and space needs to connect nearby hosts and renters who are a likely fit. The goal is fewer dead-end inquiries and faster local matches.
Can hosts choose what gets stored?
Yes. Hosts set house rules around item types, access windows, and any limits before accepting a renter, so both sides know the arrangement in advance.
Do I need to commit right away?
No. Joining the waitlist just tells us where demand and supply exist. We’ll reach out when KeptVault is ready in your area and you can decide from there.
